Project Initiation

This phase includes our Design Session, where we do all the listening. Understanding your personal, family and social rituals ensures that the collection is curated to fit you perfectly. From this point, we establish a budget, define a precise brief and measure each room. We always ensure that your existing possessions are carefully integrated with new purchases.

Curation

We then set out sourcing furniture, art and objects from our wonderful suppliers here and abroad, or designing custom, project-specific furniture for the perfect fit. Initial ideas will be translated into itemised and costed specifications, drawings will be produced to explain what will go where. A showroom product list is created, allowing you to visit, feel, sit and test each item. Once you’re happy with the selections, we will finalise the schedule and budget.

Procurement

Once your product curation is final, we take care of the nitty-gritty – preparing and placing orders, approving finishes and ensuring that every payment has been received and recorded. Our wonderful suppliers then create and ship your items. We oversee the coordination of all orders, track deliveries – including managing those fragile and oversized items that require special attention – quality control all items, and resolve any defects. Finally, the moment we’ve all been waiting for: arranging each beautiful item in your home, just so, and adding final touches before stepping back and taking in the result.

Project Management

Manage timeline, trades and logistics including after care and any issues that arise are swiftly dealt with.

Presentation

Lastly, we’ll reveal your meticulously finished home, room by room. We’ll take time to evaluate the project, identify any opportunities for additional styling, and provide all product details, warranty and care instructions for future reference.
